By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our privacy policy, delivery and returns pages.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment has been received and we confirm the order. If an item is unavailable or a price is shown incorrectly, we will contact you before processing, and refund anything already paid if we cannot fulfil it.

Prices

Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Product images

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and some imagery is styled or illustrative.

Cancellation

You may cancel an unpaid order from your account at any time. Your right to cancel an online purchase within seven days of delivery under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act is covered on our returns page.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and we may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Community content

When you share a photo on the community wall you confirm you have the right to it and give inFinOwl permission to show it on our website and social channels. We review posts and may decline or remove any.

Intellectual property

The inFinOwl name, infinity-owl logo, artwork and site content belong to inFinOwl and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
