Delivery

When your order ships

We pack orders once payment reflects — usually within one business day. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, in working days, and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also see it in your account or on the track order page.

Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses across South Africa. Please use an address where someone can receive the parcel during the day, and include a mobile number for the courier. For deliveries to Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia or Eswatini, contact us for a quote before ordering.

Missed deliveries

If the courier can't reach you they will try to contact you on the number you provided. Parcels returned to us after failed delivery attempts can be re-sent at the delivery cost.
