This policy explains how inFinOwl (“we”) handles personal information when you use this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Accounts: your name, email and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your password itself.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Community posts: photos and captions you choose to share.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To reply to your messages.
• To send newsletters — only if you asked for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to run the shop — for example the courier delivering your parcel, and our hosting and email providers. They may only use it to provide that service.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's storage to keep your shopping bag and sign-in session. We do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account and marketing data at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing techtursolutions@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
